Returns & Cancellations

RETURNS POLICY

At Cafe Select we want you to be delighted with your purchase! Therefore If you find for any reason that you are unsatisfied with the goods which You have purchased from Cafe Select please contact Our customer services department by email (below) within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items. If the goods are delivered damaged please inform Cafe Select within 24 hours and we will arrange collection. If you are returning the goods due to a change of heart or due to ordering the wrong item, then you, the customer, must fund the return carriage. Goods must be returned within a further 7 days of your contact informing Cafe Select of the intent to return.

MACHINES & ACCESSORIES

  1. Goods returned for any reason must be complete and in their original packing. I.E. returned "as new".
  2. Goods must be unused. Any auxiliary items within the packaging must also be returned unused "as new".
  3. If an item has been used it cannot be accepted as returned "as new" by Cafe Select.

REFUNDS

  1. A full refund is entirely dependent on Cafe Select’s assessment of the goods being returned in a re-sellable condition and being returned for a genuine reason. Cafe Select reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee outside of the 30 days initial return period if the item has been used and no manufacturing defects or manufacturing faults are present.
  2. If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition Cafe Select will either; return the goods and charge you the carriage; or Cafe Select will invoice you to return the goods to a re-sellable condition.
  3. If the goods are returned without any of the auxiliary items, these will be charged for at the full Recommended Retail Price.

 

RETURNING GOODS Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In regard to returning accessories (non coffee products), if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will accept returns up to 7 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods

CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your order up until the point when the order has been dispatched. this usually occurs within 48 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.  If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched.

If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'.  And you the customer will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above.
