DELIVERIES TO THE UK MAINLAND 

We can deliver new Jura coffee machines, ancillaries and coffee to locations anywhere on the UK mainland and to Ireland and the Isle of Man for additional costs.

New Jura Coffee machines are delivered Free of Charge.

We accept refunds and exchanges.

DELIVERY GUIDE

We aim to deliver all New Jura machine and ancillary orders within 2 workings days of purchase although ideally, as soon as possible, coffee orders may take longer depending on availability as roasting to order is preferred. Please see the information below.

  1. ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST DELIVERIES

    This is the standard method of delivery for most coffee and ancillary item orders of under 2kg, unless an optional upgrade is chosen. Any orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday.

    We only send Parts and ancillary items orders out by First Class post. Coffee orders may go by second class, Typically, parcels arrive within a few days from dispatch and the level of service is very good. Please note that most parcels sent by post are relatively bulky and will not fit through a letter box, but if no-one is home Royal Mail will leave an explanatory note through the door if the parcel cannot be left.

  2. Fedex, New Jura coffee machine orders are delivered by Fedex, on a next business day service unless the customer is collecting from Cafe-Select or Cafe-Select have arranged to deliver in person.  Fedex offer a tracking service and once despatched the customer will recieve an email informing them of the Fedex tracking number.

  3. For Coffee machines being returned at the customers expense after service or repair, Parcel Force or similar may be used - The Parcelforce service offers a tracked delivery that must be signed for upon receipt, although you can select your own delivery instructions to be left in your absence if you choose (under these circumstances, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss if the parcel has not been signed for.) The additional benefits with Parcelforce is that in the instance that the parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, it can be left for collection at a local Post Office.   Where possible orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day, but confirmation from the fraud prevention team can slow this process down. Weekend orders are dispatched on a Monday. If we receive an order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, the parcel will be dispatched for delivery within 48 hours of ordering unless placed on a weekend. Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday, so please place your order by Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. There may be exceptions to some parts of the UK.

VAT ON DELIVERY

While our product prices are inclusive of VAT, all delivery prices stated on this page are exclusive of VAT.

VAT is added to delivery charges if any purchased items are VAT rated products. This means the final quoted delivery charge may be more than the quoted figures here.

Coffee itself is not a VAT rated product. Equipment or gift packs including non coffee products are VAT rated.

DELIVERY WEIGHT

The weight of an order is the combined pack weight of product and the weight of its delivery packaging. Weights displayed on the site are the product pack weights only.
